My values drive my work, and my life. I left college with one goal in mind: make the world a better place. So, upon graduation I started my career in non-profits and haven’t looked back. I am committed to making the world a better place through collaboration, dedication, and focusing on the good that each person has the capacity to create in their own life and community. I believe small businesses, non-profits, and individuals have the ability to dream up and create the future they want to see. I love learning about others and what makes them thrive. I take inspiration from the amazing people, beautiful places, and magical experiences I have had in my life and am grateful for all of it.

Elise Ricci was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. After attending the University of Washington (twice!) Elise leaned into her degrees in English, Communication and a Masters in Public Administration to help guide, grow, and support non-profits achieve their dreams. Her experience includes fundraising, events, communication and strategic planning in non-profit healthcare, micro finance, international development and education.
Her passion for making a positive difference in the world guides her work. Big dreams and the people who make them happen center her soul and drive her purpose. Creating events and florals are her way of cultivating joy and beautiful things in her community.
